Jesse was the skipper of the original All Beef Patty Crew.

Christopher Carroll

Christopher Carroll (Irish Cruise) crew, nephew, God son, earned his slot on Thunderhead the old fashioned way. Grew up sailing in Biddeford Pool the last generation to learn in the Turnabouts. He is currently practicing architecture and living (...until he gets caught) in a loft on the Boston Waterfront. Greg and Shep will take a day or two to go uncover their roots in County Cork....and Greg'll be the designated driver!

Decided to Stay. A great sailor and seaman, first trip to Europe. Matt's other boat is hidden behind the house on Vaughan Street where he thinks that the Landlord doesn't know about it!

Martin Bretigniere

Martin Bretigniere (Ireland-Med) Bos'n mate, will learn the fine art of brass and brightwork polishing from the esteemed Bos'n heretofore mentioned. Martin grew up in Marseilles where he began sailing Opti's at the age of six. He has sailed and raced in 420's and other small racer/cruisers. He has competed in national and international regattas in France. He sailed out of the Yachting Club de la Pointe Rouge. Martin was an Exchange student in Freeport during the 2002-2003 school year. His ability to speak French has NO bearing on his getting a berth on Thunderhead as we sail to the Med.

Chris Plumb

Chris Plumb, (Med-Canary Islands) purser, Carbohydrate consultant, Ship aesthete, Chris grew up sailing at the Cape of Cod. He was present for the trial sail on THUNDERHEAD in the fall of 2002 and was aboard for the VERY best passages of 2003, lack of engine notwithstanding. His favorite job on THUNDERHEAD is at the helm in dense fog, 14 kts of wind and the spinnaker up. Was it unfair to tell him that Madeira was the biggest Outlet center east of Freeport?
